How do I voice chat on yahoo IM?

Yahoo! IM voice chat problems!?

Okay I know many people have asked this question before, so I did what people suggested there, but I ran into another problem. Okay so I have Vista and of course the Voice Chat on Yahoo! IM doesn't work, so I tried to download the program here http://www.yazakpro.com/chatstuff/yahoo/vistayahoovoicefix.html that people were saying was going to work. So I tried to install that and it was installing fine right until is was about done, I got a message saying "Windows cannot access the specific device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item." So I pressed okay (it was the only option given lol) and then I got another pop up saying "Could not execute the external program C:\PROGRAM~1\Yahoo!MESSENG~1\YAHOOM~1.EX… I am the administrator on my computer so I don't see as to how I could not have access. Can you help me?
