How do you save messages on MSN?

I get offline messages but I can't read what's in it. It only shows blank white page?

  • I get my offline messages but the chat box shows nothing other than blank white page. When I tried to start a chat with one of my friends, the chat box doesn't show anything what I've typed and what my friend has typed (blank white). Since I always save all my messages into Message Archive, I tried to click on of those archives to read the messages but it also shows nothing (blank), only the dates of the messages. It seems the problem is displaying the text on my part as my friends still can get my chat message. But I don't have any problem at all using Windows Live Messenger (MSN). I've already tried to uninstall & reinstall Yahoo Messenger, reinstall Java, activate it, clear all cache, reinstall IE and reset it as per instructions on FAQ Yahoo page but nothing works. Please help what should I do? Thank you for the answer.

    A number of things you can try include Update Adobe Flash Player Internet Explorer and Java script . Clear Explorer cache, cookies, and browsing history. Some find that a return to classic mail improves things. You could also try an alternative browser.
