How can I video chat on Yahoo Messenger?

I have a webcam built into my computer and am on Yahoo messenger but can't figure out how to video chat with my friends.

Click Actions, scroll to Start Video Call and click there. This is how you start your video chats, but the first thing I recommend you do is would be to have your settings correctly set. Click Help on your Messenger toolbar, scroll to Set up video and Voice and follow the prompts until your settings are correct. Then start you video call. *m*
