Where is the message archive stored?

Can u please help me with my Yahoo messenger Message Archive?

  • I used to save all my message archive in yahoo messenger until my PC get in trouble and I have to chat with my brother's laptop. The yahoo messenger's archive setting on his laptop is not to save the message and I forgot to change that setting. The question is: How can I get again the unsaved archive ? Please help me, I really need those archive, there is something important inside it.

    on the 2nd long box that opens...when you sign in right above your picture click on messenger...go down the list the personal options...click on messages tab....there you will see a button to click to view archieve.....

Sorry but if you did not change the setting to "Yes, save all of my messages," there is nothing you can do. By default the archives are erased everytime you sign out of Yahoo Messenger and if your brother had chosen to not save any messages then none would be saved. There is nothing you can do.
