How can I stop Yahoo showing me the regional page?

How do I stop yahoo from showing the game sites I have been to on my status to other players on YIM?

• When I go to Yahoo Poker it will tell people that have added me to messenger when I log into that page, the time, and where it is. How do i stop this from showing up?

  TO STOP YOUR OWN UPDATES APPEARING: Click on "Messenger" in the top left hand corner of the Messenger Pane. Click on "Manage Updates I Broadcast". This will take you to your Profile page. (Now called Pulse). UNTICK the box "Share my Updates". Click on "Save" at the bottom of the page. You can also choose which Updates you want to share from your Pulse page. To do this, click on the "Settings" tab. Then click on "Manage Updates" under "Updates". If you want to share some of them, TICK the box "Share my Updates". Choose the ones you want to share and then click on "Save" at the bottom of the page. TO MANAGE THE UPDATES FROM YOUR CONTACTS: Click on "Messenger" in the top left hand corner of the Messenger Pane. Click on "Preferences". Click on "Yahoo Updates". Click on the box "Customise Yahoo! Updates". Untick the boxes next to your Contacts' names for the updates you do not wish to see. Click on "OK" at the bottom. Please note that these Updates may take up to 5 days to clear.
