Can u ignore people who have multiple ID's on Yahoo Messenger?

I have noticed on Yahoo Messenger you cannot ignore people who have Multiple ID's when u press the ignore option. Why is this so as Yahoo Messenger is supposed to protect you from Spam?

It's difficult to guess those REAL people with multiple IDs, it's have to be a new feature,you can give it as a suggestion to Yahoo! if you are so strong about it,here is the suggestion link to Yahoo!
