How to delete conversations on Yahoo messenger?

Does yahoo messenger save conversations to my computer? How to delete them?

  • I use the messenger through yahoo email. I'm a bad girl and talk at work all the time because I don't have enough to do. I really don't want anyone finding these convos and reading them (the obvious answer is to stop doing it but that's no fun!). Are the convos stored automatically? How do I delete them? Same for AIM? Thanks!

    How do I delete archives? Ready to move on? It’s simple. To delete your archive: Click the "Contacts" menu in Yahoo! Messenger and select "Message Archive." A new window called "Message Archive for your ID" will appear. Select the "Messages" folder and then click the "X" button to delete your complete Message Archive, or select the desired folder and then click the "X" button to selectively delete.
