Why cant i view profiles off yahoo messenger...(when right clicking a screen name)?

Answer:
make sure your pop up blocker is off, this is the main reason that you cant see a profile. if your using internet explorer check the tools option and click the pop up blocker to off and then set the blocker to access the profiles page in future so you wont have to turn it on and off next time.

If you have IE7 installed, update to the latest version. There were problems in earlier versions.
