How can I stop my Yahoo logging out?

How do you stop yahoo mesenger from logging you in automatically?

  • when i start my pc the messenger starts automatically and logs me in by itself. plz tell me how to stop this.

    click to the 3 icon that u will find in yahoo sign in. theres invisible icon, remember pasword and automaticaly sign in icon. get out the cross in automatically sign in. and yahoo will not automatically login anymore.

when ur messenger signs u in u will find the messenger window where all ur contacts are listed... in that window look at the top left hand corner. the first tab u see is messenger.. click on that and follow the path: Messenger -> preferences -> general The first option is AUTOMATICALLY START YAHOO MESSENGER. uncheck that option and click on apply. this will prevent u from being auto signed in when the machine starts-up. after this u can sign out of messenger. when u do this, the messenger login window is displayed with username, password and three other options. uncheck the second option. unchecking this will prevent auto signin under all circumstances.

goto programs and see in startup or goto yahoo msgnr prefrences under messenger there in genral the first link check box that is un lcik it that means leave it blank when i start my computer
