How do i get into chat rooms throu yahoo messenger?

  • i used to always chat in generation x1 chat room,i cant find it now anyone help?i used to use yahelite but i just want to get in trou messenger now and dont know how... thanks

    If you're looking for the web chat you won't find it , Yahoo doesn't not offer that service anymore. Yahoo chat has undergone many changes in the past years. You won't find user created rooms either. To get into yahoo chat rooms you need to go in the messenger menu Messenger>Yahoo! Chat>Join a Room. You'll load chat, choose a room and go through word verification. I wrote extensively about this ( http://freechatrooms.blogspot.com/2008/01/free-yahoo-chat-rooms.html ) since it's a recurring question. Guess why people are always asking about how to enter Yahoo chat rooms? Because the chat entry is very well hidden in the menu and because in spite of all the bad things about those rooms there are still many people interested in using them. Good luck.
