Video chatting website?

Hi! So my friends and I like to video chat. A lot of us have skype, but we can only video chat with one other person, and then the rest have to just be a voice. We were looking for something that a lot of people can video chat at once. Kind of like meebo, except we aren't sure if we can video chat with more than one person. And preferably no download, but if its really good, then ill download it, free also please. Thanks.
