Yahoo messenger status display yahoo answers question?

  • My yahoo messengers status shows every yahoo answers question I post, How do i disable that AND git rid of any answers currently displaying in my status??? The following didn't work.. "Go to your base Yahoo profile: http://pulse.yahoo.com Go to settings, change your 'updates' and/or 'privacy' options there for Yahoo Answers. That should stop the new ones from posting. On your profile page there you should see your current updates posted. Just click the "X" on each one to delete it - and see if that removes them from your messenger status as well."

    Let's try again. Go to http://pulse.yahoo.com . Where you see "Have something to share?", look just below that box and slightly right, you'll see a hyper link "Manage Updates", select it. On the next screen you'll see ANSWERS. To the right of ANSWERS select "No One" from the drop down box. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen and click SAVE. Now if you still can't find the above, add info as to where in the process it stops being correct. I went thru it myself and it should work for you too.
