How do I use yahoo mail to send free text messages to mobile phones?

Can you still send text messages to cell phones from Yahoo Messenger on your PC?

I have one of the recent version of Yahoo Messenger and can't seem to figure out how to do this. It used to be really easy. Thanks for your help in advance.
