when i go on to my yahoo web messenger i cant get a picture or avatar up and i have tried most things i can think about but i still cant get a picture or avatar up and i wondered if you could help me please

Answer:
Web Messenger does not support avatars/pictures, photo sharing or web-cams. To use those features you must be signed into regular messenger
