I hate Windows Messenger! How do I kill it? I pay MSN $10 a month. How do I switch to Yahoo?

You pay through a credit card or back check, right? Just tell your bank to stop payments immediately. MSN will be in touch with you, don't worry about it. I don't know the status of your contract, so this has to be considered too. But you're right not to want to pay for a Messenger, even MSN has a free Windows Live Messenger.
