Webcam feature not available on messenger?

My webcam works on yahoo video calling but not "view my webcam"?

• My Logitech C250h webcam is recognized when I am on yahoo messenger. I can see myself, but when i click broadcast at the bottom, it says "Connecting..." and then after a minute it says "Error:" and something about connecting to the server. But, I can see myself, and after about 10 minutes of adjusting the settings, it says:"View my webcam" for a few moments, then it changes back and says something about the server. However, when I click video call, this feature works. The other person can see me, and microphone works and everything. I'm baffled and can't comprehend why the view my webcam doesn't work? I literally tried for 2 hours to get this feature to work.

Mine, I just unplug it from the USB and plug it back in, if yours is integral with the computer you will have to re-start the computer, use a keyboard shortcut or disable / enable the webcam from the Device Manager.
