How can I get india messenger?

My Yahoo Messenger displays as India and I can't seem to get any help to fix it?

  • I had to replace my pc from a lightening strike. My Yahoo Messenger now displays INDIA in its title and links India news. My account lists my address correctly as being in the USA. What happened-I downloaded IM 11 directly from the site.
