When i use the yahoo messenger, and I try to use the chat room, it says "request denied". Why is that?

There is not a damn thing you can do. According to the official Yahoo Chat blog, they have been working on re-making and formatting their chat servers since may. But they have run into "a few bumps." They wanted to update old severs, software, make the system stable and deal with bots. They thought it would take 30 days. They were wrong. As usual. If any of the rest of us did our job this poorly we would be fired. But as they say. You get what you pay for eh? It has only been in the last 4-5 days that I have found the system non-functional. Third party chat clients are not working either. Everyone seems to be having different problems. And no.. they have no estimate on when it will be fixed. Bag humbug.

Try using the chat room with the lower amount of people. Some room may be bombardid with alot of people so that is why you cant get in. try using a different chat room. Most of them are filled with people from Lebanon and give you their language. So keep trying. MJ
