How to see all friends on msn?

I have yahoo messenger. My sister and many friends have MSN messenger. She is the only one i Can't see. why?

  • I''ve been using yahoo messenger for years. I like it because y can chat with friends with others messengers such as MSN messenger. I can chat with everyone in MSN except my sister. We used to chat back in 2010 but she cant's see me, and i can't see her no more. I'm not blocked from her list or Viceversa, or in the ignore list either. She send me a i-m and i don't get it. I send a i-m. She appeared offline all the time and we cannot communicate no more. Any help?

  • Answer:

    could be a problem, either with her video (or yours) or a corrupted file in the cam part of the IM. Maybe you both should uninstall and then reinstall your messenger programs. That worked for me when I had a similar problem. Since you can see others but not her, make sure she does hers FIRST, and then see if it works, before you do yours.

try deleting her from your list and adding her again after that (and ask her to do the same). make sure you're not blocking each other by mistake
