Why isnt my IM messenger working on the new Yahoo Mail?

Can someone help, so I upgraded to the new Yahoo Mail and my messenger is not working. When I click the drop down button where it says hello, it gives me no option for my avaliability??? Please help!!

I had to log off like 5 times to get mine to work. It is crap!
