How To Check Yahoo 11?

Everytime i try to install yahoo messenger 11 it would say cant install check sxstrace.exe?

    messenger 10, and 11 have bugs in it, so go back to an older version, http:/www.oldapps.com/yahoomessenger, go back to 8 or 9, you,ll get it all back, go into control panel and add and remove, then take out all of yahoo messenger, so you can do a fresh reinstall, good luck,

-uninstall or delete properly previous installations if you have. clear out everything about YM on your PC. then restart computer and log in as administrator (recommend for those using Windows Vista and Windows 7) -download the program.
