What's wrong with my msn messenger??!!!?

I have Msn messenger. But when ever i sign in on the messenger box, it always says that it's unable to sign me in. Then i click troubleshoot and it still doesn't work! I've only been able to sign in one time this WHOLE MONTH!!! What can or should i do??!!!!
