Is there a way to turn off your webcam on msn?

Is there a way for my MSN Messenger contacts to see my webcam?

I recently got a webcam, but the only people who can see it are my Yahoo IM contacts. Is there a way around this?
Answer:

you have to go to the tab that says tools look for where it says options click it look to where it says my webcam and check teh box.
