How can set a instant message on yahoo messenger?

You can type a message on the box labeled with "share a status message" Click it and start typing Dragos:I'm currently blah...blah..blah.... The shared message will be seen by your contacts. But it will not appear when someone contacts you,it will appear beside your name your contacts screen.nd when you are away Yahoo! will declare you as IDLE which means you are not using or you are away from your computer. Hope this will help you.
