What is frame movie mode?

Why my bandwidth and frame rate of webcam decreases as soon it switch overs to server as connection mode?

  • my webcam of both my pc n laptop were working fine...until i switchd over to BSNL wifi connection..since then every time i have video chat...my webcam freezes after evry 2 min as soon as i allow someone 2 view my webcam...i looked into the webcam uploader statistics and found that when i brodcast the connection mode is server, frame rate is stable and so is bandwidth..but when i allow someone to view...after a minute or so..the connection mode automatically switch overs to "peer to peer" n frame rate comes down to 0.77frmes/sec and bandwidth to 15.25 kbps..and the moment i disconect with d person...every setting changes back to server n along with good frame rate n bandwidth..i dont have any problem watchn others webcam..but it hs become a trouble wen others are not able to view aftr 2mins..as it freezes...i dont know where the problem lies...because it never happened before...and i m using the same BSNL broadband connection except for the fact that i changed its modem with a wifi facility and since then this problem has started...is it that i have to change my connection preference to "T1/LAN" or let it be to "DSL/cable broadband"... So please if anyone has any idea how to fix to normal..then just let me know...your help is what i m looking forward to..thanks!!!
