I can not send SMS messages from my messenger to someones phone, what can I do to fix this problem?

I click on someone's name from my messenger to send them a SMS via (I'm mobile) they do not receive the messages that I send to them. They use to get them but not anymore, how can I fix this problem, or it is not fixable?

Answer:
Not all companies are part of Yahoo's SMS service. Sprint isn't . Nothing you can do in that situation.
