Why won't yahoo messenger install on my computer? ?

I've tried pretty much everything that people said to do on the internet and it still won't install. Please help. Any tips or something would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

-if you have previous installations of YM, wipe out everything esp the registry keys -then restart computer -since you are using Windows Vista, you MUST log in as admin of the computer to download/install/run the program!

Try turning of your firewall during the installation.

well,u might have a security thing installed on ur computer. It could be blocking it
