How to make a avatar like this?

Does anybody know how to make your avatar a person like most people on Yahoo?

Hai everyone, I just joined Yahoo about a week ago because of some technical issues with my old email. Now, I just need to know how to change my avatar from a picture to a person like most people have on Yahoo. Like I said I just joined, so I don't really know how to work Yahoo that well right now. XD Thanks for all your help guys! :D

Click "My Activity" at top of page Select "Edit My Preferences" Click "Update photo or avatar" Follow instructions to select your photo/avatar Click "Submit" on bottom of original page when done To make a carton avatar: http://avatar.yahoo.com Make sure your Pulse profile is not hidden. :o)
