This is the official yahoo messenger website http://messenger.yahoo.com/ and you will find it on there. If you scroll down and look on the right you will see a red New! Try the all new Yahoo! Messenger 9.0 Beta. If you click that it will take you to this page http://messenger.yahoo.com/win/ where you can download 9.0. Please note it is always a good policy to uninstall the old version first through add/remove programs and then Reboot your computer before installing the new version. Also choose Save instead of run or open and save it to your desktop and install it from there.
