How to i instant my picture in my yahoo messenger?

How do you unstick your Yahoo Instant Messenger picture?

When I change the picture on my Yahoo IM too many times, the pic gets stuck and I cannot change it again. I usually have to close down, shut down, re-boot, and then I can change the picture again. Is there an easier way or is the program just stuck.
