Web messenger contacts are available with the yahoo.Where as Yahoo messenger contacts are in your computer only.

You cannot view them unless you add your chatmate to your messenger list. it's not there because, for example your using yahoo games, it will not be in there because ur using yahoo games! but if you will use yahoo messenger u can see it there!
