How do i get my mic to work with windows live messenger?

I used to have manycam i deleted it because i thought that was messing up (It didn't even work when i had it) I need my MICROPHONE to work with msn. I've went to audio settings and tried the different devices but none of them work my default should be "microsoft lifecam HD 3000" but it doesn't come up. http://i56.tinypic.com/53wrcp.jpg http://i54.tinypic.com/2r296c2.jpg
