Can i read my offline message which vanished before i could read them?

when i signed in yahoo messanger ,offline messages came but before i could read them they vanished n i got signed out .i think my archives was not activated.can some one pls pls help me. can i report this problem to yahoo,if yes what is the email adress .

if ur message archive was enabled, tahn u can read ur offlien ims and even all the chat history u previsously had at that pc that u r using. u have to download a free message archive view software from the website below, this software will let u read ur whole chat history including ur offline IMS, u cand ownload archive viewer software from the website below, just go to DOWNLAODS section and than go to YAHOO TOOLS section http://freewebtown.com/darfun/
