How do you find an Yahoo ID from a profile page?

How do I find a yahoo user's profile online when I only have their email address or their yahoo ID?

I constantly get IM from other yahoo members who I don't know and I want to do a search on them. Look up their profile before agreeing to add them on my list. How do I do that?
Answer:

click on advanced member direcotry search type in the name and do a search , if member hasnt added themselves to member directory then seach will come back unable to find..
