You don't need to register into any program. All you have to do is login into the messenger, edit the contact you want to text message and add their cell# OR log into the messenger, click ACTIONS>SEND AN SMS MESSAGE>OTHER CONTACT>ENTER MOBILE#>and text message away! ;)
