How do I unsubscribe from Yahoo! Music Unlimited?

I have a Yahoo Music 1 year subscription, and I can't get my music setting on high for Yahoo Mess. Music, help

• The account is under my other screen name, Brad93392. Its the Yahoo Music on my messanger that I can't get the setting to high. I put it on high, hit apply, and it goes right back to medium. I thought you got high if you had a subcription to the Yahoo Music Engine (I have a 1 year subcription).

  Volume Control Adjust the volume: First check the volume settings on your computer to ensure that they are as loud or soft as you prefer. Return to Yahoo! Music Engine. Move the vertical (or horizontal, depending on your version of the Y! Music Engine) volume slider next to the information pane at the top of the window down/left (softer) or up/right (louder). This adjusts the volume for all songs until you adjust it again. Mute: Click the small speaker icon at the bottom or right side of the volume slider. Notice that it changes. Click it again to return the volume to normal. You can also choose Mute from the Controls menu to turn mute off and on.
