How do i change my avatar picture?

How can I change my EBUDDY avatar/picture?

I've had EBUDDY for a couple months now on my phone, which is a HTC Inspire 4g. Anyway I went to change my avatar/picture today and no matter what I do I cannot change it. I've changed it in the past about 2 or 3 times but it just will not change today. I tried reloging EBUDDY, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled, and even went to the EBUDDY site and I couldn't even change it from there. I assume its an account related issue but does anyone have any idea of how I can fix this prob?
