Yahoo! Messenger gets stuck on the "signing in" screen - how can I fix this?
-
I type in the correct password and Yahoo! ID, and click the "sign in" button. Then it gets stuck on the next screen for a while and eventually tells me it cannot log me on. After I exit and hit "ctrl-alt-del" to check my "processes", I see yahoo messenger running with zero CPU usage. I have tried two different connections and I have rebooted my computer too. I cannot figure out how to resolve this problem.
