Why can't I install Yahoo Messenger?

Why cant i install yahoo messenger 9/10 beta ?

idk why i cant install it. it keeps saying that it cant download the files needed for installation. its also asking me to check my firewall setting and try again. iv tried turning off my firewall completely but still its not working. but then surprisingly, i can install ym 8 and im using it now.. help pls?

Please try to download the installation file from the link below : http://filehippo.com/download_yahoo_messenger/ When download dialog box appears, click on save. When download completes, open the folder & click on the file & run it. Wait for a while to start installation which will complete step by step. This way you can try.
