How can I start web based Yahoo Messenger (without downloading)?

Yahoo! Web Messenger will no longer be supported after 2011-11-01?

i use web messenger because my company blocks downloading the yahoo IM. I got this message from yahoo messenger: Yahoo! Web Messenger will no longer be supported after 2011-11-01, but you can continue to access Yahoo! Messenger through a web browser within Yahoo! Mail at http://mail.yahoo.com . i am using yahoo beta mail, the new version yahoo forced on us. i didnt see the web messenger app on the email page. am i missing the email somewhere or is that an app that yahoo email will add before nov. 1?
Answer:

There is no longer a Beta mail. It is now called the regular version. There are 2 ways to start messenger. To send a message click the arrow next to "compose message" and select "instant message". Click the icon to the right of "online contacts" to just turn it on and receive messages. Note that nothing is available if your computer or internet connection can't handle it. ʎəɿʞɹɐq ̊ ͜͡● ̊

im am seriously pissed, my computer doesnt support downloads and my mail version of messanger is verry slow, i dont know why they did this, they cant expect everyone to have to download it.
