How do I add people to my safe list?

How can people online in chats add others to their list without sending an add request?

• I am so tired of guys online being able to add me to their stupid lists without ever sending an add request. Hate to sound racist but it is usually those guys who are from the Middle East, India, Egypt, Turkey and Jordan or whose ethnicity is of those listed, who do it. It's very strange and creepy when they start acting all stalkerish and start being verbally abusive when asked politely to remove my ID. I have even gone so far as to report them to yahoo, with no success, and end up receiving the typical generic response that goes out to everyone. I eventually have to end up changing IDs since i cannot " report them to the local authorities/police 'IF' they are harassing" me. How can i do that if they are not from here? Anyone else deal with this junk and these types of people? If so, what can be done about it, or what have you done about it. I set my stealth settings so that i am visible only to those on my list but those freaks are still able to send messages and harass

  Start "preaching" the gospel of Jesus Christ to them.... talk about the cleansing and sanctifying blood of Jesus our Savor and they will vanish into thin air; you might ought to pray about this first...... read some scriptures on how to "heap coals of fire on your enemy's head." heh, heh, heh. [they haven't bothered me, .....yet.]
