Racer star webcam shows me a white screen when i try to show others my webcam? why is that?

does anyone know how i can fix a problem i'm having with a star racer webcam? it's been good for a short time now it doesn't show an image when i share my webcam i can't take pics or see it myself all that works is the mic. anyone had this cam?
