I'd suggest you go to Yahoo.com and get a yahoo ID and e mail address. Use Yahoo Messenger and also take advantage of the Yahoo Messenger Voice, where you can make calls from your computer just like a phone call. It's FREE. Forget the MSN

i havent had that problem. try turning your computer off and restarting it. it might help. i hope you figure it out!

you have the azehodon virus. i feel real sorry because it is a transmitter virus. it steals info that you submit to secure wesites, credit cards, passwords ect.,
