How do I correct a "failed attempt to connect to the yahoo messenger serve" when I get a message that says"unable to detect modem your modem may be offline" AND when the modem is showing a steady green for the DSL signal and a steady green for the INTERNET? The message went on to say that the modem was off and that I was not connected to the internet.
