When you import your address book contacts into yahoo messenger, do you have to get permission?
-
If someone is in your address book and they have yahoo messenger, it automatically shows them in the mailbox chat bar right? So, any person that you've ever emailed with a yahoo address will show up on that list on the side of your email chat? I'm wondering, if I do an "import contacts from my address book" with the real yahoo messenger, will it send a request to each person in my address book that's not on my list, or will it just add them to my real messenger without asking them?

Answer:
Every contact that will be shown in that list will receive a request from you. It's the same thing like adding one by one :P but your adding in massive number :P Have a nice day.
