Why cant i download yahoo messenger? CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO FIX IT? AND WHAT TO DO?

-if you have previous installation of the program on that computer, you need to get rid of it by deleting everything about YM esp the registry keys, folders and subfolders. then restart computer before download of the program
