How can I load my avatar so that it can show up?

Avatar page not loading properly?

I've been trying to update my Yahoo Avatar ... but the page will not load properly. I get a blank white box and where selections usually are, it is blank white box too, Unless I click on menu box (HOME, APPEARANCE,etc) then there is a white box w/ a red 'X' ... under face and eyes ... Other selections selectively come up but no matter what I choose my avatar does not change, does not show up ... just a blank white box. I've tried a security scan, deleting cookies, changed my pulse profile to visable. Nothing seems to work. It was fine not too long ago. I sent emails to yahoo help group and after 2 weeks the 1st one came back requesting that I use online help and answers ... My sister is having similar issues so I'm almost certain it is w/ their system and not a disconnect between my computer/secruity or other programs, but I'm not a computer wiz so I could be wrong ... Anyone else having this issue ... I finally deleted my avatar and it still does the same when I try to rebuild ...
