Does yahoo messenger monitor the exchanges on chat and video chat? he and his friend kept requesting for webcam to each other for an hour, because sometimes, the video stops broadcasting, and they had to request again. Were those requests triggered the abuse reports? or the naughty exchanges? thanks,
