How to video chat on meebo?

I can't find the video call button on meebo, even though it says on the help option that you CAN video chat... how do i video call!

Answer:
Meebo turned that capability off on 10/4/11. They posted a blog about it a month prior. They did use a third-party tool (TokBox). You can go directly to that website to video chat.
