I downloaded yahoo messenger 9.0 but still cant find chatrooms?

when i enter version 9.0 there is no tab for chatrooms an when i click on the word chatrooms in the what 9.0 offers it tells me what chatrooms are an about the safty somebody help me PLZ

Answer:
version 9 is a farce, i tried for 2 days to make it work, it actually shut down my browser so I uninstalled it and now I use windows messenger .
